- Legal capacity: By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and that online gambling is lawful in your country or territory of residence. It is your sole responsibility to comply with local laws; however, the Operator will not knowingly target Australian residents in contravention of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001.
- Single Account policy: You may hold only one Account on the Site. Multiple or duplicate Accounts may be closed, and balances or Bonuses may be cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

- Account creation: To register, you must complete the online registration form, providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, chosen password and any other requested information. You must ensure that all details are accurate and kept up to date.
- Email verification: After submitting the registration form, the Operator may send a verification link to your registered email address. You must follow the instructions in that email to activate your Account. Unverified Accounts may be restricted or closed.

Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Game rules: Each game offered on the Site is governed by its specific rules and paytable, which form part of these Terms. In case of conflict, the specific game rules prevail for that game.
- Minimum and maximum bets: Minimum and maximum wager amounts are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game, Player status, currency and ongoing promotions. You agree not to attempt to circumvent betting limits or restrictions.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed when it is accepted by the Operator's servers and confirmed in the game history. Once accepted, Bets cannot ordinarily be cancelled or amended by you.
- Time of acceptance: The definitive time of Bet acceptance is the time recorded on the Operator's servers, not the time visible on your device or internet browser.
Modification and Cancellation of Bets
- Player-initiated changes: After a Bet is confirmed, you have no right to cancel or modify it. You are responsible for ensuring that Bet details are correct before confirming.
- Operator corrections: The Operator reserves the right to void or adjust Bets where:
- A clear technical error occurred (e.g., malfunction, misconfiguration, or interrupted transmission);
- The game outcome was affected by a glitch, bug or software malfunction (including, but not limited to, miscalculated pay-outs);
- Bets were accepted in contravention of these Terms or the applicable game rules.
Rules of Conduct and Fair Play
- Prohibited behaviour: You shall not:
- Use bots, automated systems, AI tools or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage;
- Exploit glitches, software errors or obvious mistakes in odds or game functioning;
- Collude with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions.
- Chat and live casino conduct: Where chat or live casino interaction is available, you must:
- Refrain from insults, threats, harassment, hate speech, discriminatory or obscene language;
- Not promote other websites or services, or solicit other players;
- Not share personal contact details or request such details from others.
- Game integrity: The Operator endeavours to ensure all games operate fairly and correctly. Random Number Generator (RNG) systems used in the games are designed to deliver random outcomes. Where applicable, external testing or certification may be used; however, no representation is made that any particular regulator in Australia has reviewed or approved such systems.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation and Eligibility
- Availability: Bonuses, including those promoted within the Paradise 8 environment on paradise8-au.com, may be offered at the Operator's discretion and may be subject to geographic, payment method or Player-status restrictions.
- Activation: To activate a Bonus, you may need to:
- Opt in on the promotions page or at the cashier;
- Enter a valid bonus code; and/or
- Make a qualifying deposit meeting minimum amount and other requirements.
- Bonus-specific rules: Each Bonus will have specific conditions, including contribution of particular games, maximum bet per spin/round, and expiry dates. These conditions form an integral part of these Terms and must be reviewed before participation.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Standard wagering: Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Example: a 100% bonus with 40x wagering on the bonus amount requires total stakes of 40 times the bonus amount using eligible games.
- Contribution to wagering: Different game types may contribute differently (including 0%) toward wagering requirements. Typically:
- Most video slots: high contribution (e.g., 100%);
- Table games and video poker: lower or 0% contribution;
- Certain slots or jackpot games: 0% contribution or fully excluded.
- Time limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must usually be met within a specified timeframe (for example, 7 - 30 days from activation). If wagering is not completed in time, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited. All standard timeframes apply through at least 31 December 2026 unless modified in updated bonus terms.
Prohibited Bonus Practices
- Irregular play: The Operator may consider certain patterns of play as abusive or irregular, including but not limited to:
- Placing single or multiple bets substantially higher than average prior bets to exploit Bonus mechanics;
- Low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies used solely to clear wagering requirements;
- Using several Accounts, identities or payment methods to obtain multiple Bonuses.
- Game restrictions: Some games may be excluded from Bonus play or have maximum bet limits while wagering a Bonus. Placing Bets on restricted games or exceeding maximum bet limits may lead to:
- Cancellation of the Bonus;
- Confiscation of Bonus-derived winnings;
- Account suspension in serious cases.
- Combining promotions: Unless explicitly allowed, you may not combine multiple Bonuses or promotions simultaneously. A deposit used to claim one Bonus may not be counted toward another promotion. Loyalty rewards may have separate rules on combination, as clearly indicated in applicable terms.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: Subject to availability for your location and currency, the Operator may accept deposits via:
- Debit and credit cards;
- E-wallets and online payment services;
- Bank transfers;
- Cryptocurrencies, where supported by the Site and lawful in your jurisdiction.
- Ownership of funds: You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. The Operator may request evidence of ownership of any payment method used and may reverse transactions and/or suspend your Account if third-party payment methods are used without authorisation.
- Fees and limits: The Operator may set minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day, or per defined period. Third-party financial institutions or payment processors may apply their own fees, currency conversion charges or limits, which are outside the Operator's control.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal conditions: Real-money balances (excluding active Bonuses and locked funds subject to wagering) may be withdrawn, subject to:
- Successful completion of KYC checks;
- Compliance with Bonus terms and wagering requirements;
- Absence of suspected fraud or irregular activity.
- Payment channels: As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed via the same method used for deposits, where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, an alternative method may be used, subject to additional checks.
- Processing times: The Operator endeavours to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, which is typically within 1 - 3 Business Days. External payment processing times vary and may extend beyond this period due to banking or network delays.
- Withdrawal limits: The Operator may impose daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits. High-value withdrawals may be processed in instalments. Such limits and practices will be communicated in the cashier or in supplemental terms.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals
- Refund policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable once staked. In exceptional circumstances, and at the Operator's sole discretion, a refund of un-staked deposits may be considered, provided no breach of these Terms or Bonus abuse is involved.
- Chargebacks: You agree not to request or initiate chargebacks without a valid legal basis. Where a chargeback is requested:
- The Operator may suspend or close your Account;
- All pending withdrawals may be cancelled;
- Any costs reasonably incurred (including chargeback fees) may be deducted from your Account balance or otherwise recovered.
- Refunding Bets and Bonuses: If a game round, Bet, or Bonus pay-out is voided or corrected due to a technical or operational error:
- The Operator may restore your balance to the state prior to the error;
- Any erroneously credited winnings may be removed, and any erroneously lost amounts may be credited back;
- Where Bonus funds were involved, Bonus wagering progress may be adjusted accordingly.

- Complying with local laws, including the Australian Interactive Gambling Act 2001 where applicable;
- Protecting your login credentials and ensuring that no unauthorised persons access your Account.

- The amount of the Bet or Wager that gave rise to the dispute; or
- Where the claim does not relate to a specific Bet, the lesser of (a) your net deposits to the Account during the six months preceding the event, and (b) AUD 5,000 (or equivalent in other currency).
- Jurisdictional constraints (Australia): Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. However, you acknowledge that the Services are offered under a Curaçao licence, and no Australian licence or consumer guarantee regime has been granted or expressly applied to the Operator.
